The Beginning
At Beaumont Place, we offer a unique opportunity to build your dream home in the heart of Deer Lodge, Montana. With a variety of housing options and customizable design packages, you can create a home that perfectly suits your lifestyle and preferences. Here’s how our process works:
Initial Engagement: Understanding Your Vision
Your journey begins with an initial conversation where we take the time to understand your vision for your future home. Whether you’re interested in a single-family home or a townhome, we listen carefully to your needs and preferences.
Choosing Your Home Type and Lot
Single-Family Homes: If you’re interested in a single-family home, you’ll select the lot you want to build on. You then have two options:
- Owner Builder: Choose to build one of our plans as an owner builder. You’ll sign a contract for consulting services and get a purchase and sale agreement in place for your lot.
- General Contractor: Engage us as your general contractor. We’ll handle the construction of your home, and you’ll sign a purchase and sale agreement for the complete build.
Townhomes: If you’re interested in a townhome, you’ll place a non-refundable deposit for the type of townhome you want. Once we have deposits for all units in a townhome complex, we’ll contact you to sign a purchase and sale agreement.
Selecting Your Design Package
Single-Family Homes
After securing your lot and signing the necessary agreements, you’ll select a design package that reflects your style and preferences. See our Single-Family Design packages for available options.
Townhomes
After signing the purchase and sale agreement, you’ll have the opportunity to make design choices from our Townhome Design
Customizing Your Home with Upgrades
After signing the purchase and sale agreement, you’ll have the opportunity to select upgrades. These upgrades will be added as an addendum to your purchase and sale agreement to reflect the additional cost.
Building Your Dream Home
With all decisions made and agreements in place, we begin the construction of your new home. Whether you’re building as an owner builder or with us as your general contractor, we ensure that your home is built to the highest standards, with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
